My 13 yo grandson loves hats and picked one from Southern Fetch as part of his birthday gift. After I submitted the order, he changed his mind and wanted a different design. I contacted them by email and they promptly responded! They would have gladly swapped before it was mailed, but it was already sold out. They reached back out to apologize and I had them send the original order. He was very happy when it arrived. I was impressed with their fast response and desire to swap it for me. The hat was Great quality!
